[NOTED] Skill upgrading bug

I've been having an issue where my skills are reseted back to 0, i dont get the skill points back, but when i upgrade the skills back to 5, they dont use any points, its weird and since the 2 day premium is over i cant reset them anymore so im stuck with them at lvl 1, and cant even upgrade them back to 5 now, it show's an error.

This issue has been reported and is currently under investigation. Can you post a screenshot of the error here so we can have more information about this bug?
