[NOTED] The Gastronomic Art Quest is bugged

Bug description: I am unable to continue the Gastronomic Art quest. I had acquired all items needed to turn in to Caesal (High noon callot, high noon mushloom, high noon weeds, glilled wabbit paw). I clicked on the npc 2 maps below Caesal for a quest update but now my items are gone and I tried getting them back but was uncapable. I now cannot finish this quest and get the Cawwott dofus as this is required. Is there anything I can do or will it just be impossible for me forever.
Reproducibility process: Quest is not repeatable.
