[NOTED] Alliance and perceptor defence

Why would you remove the ability for alliance members to defend guold perceptors. What is the point of alliamces now? Just to AVA. (WHICH IS PRETTY BORING) this nerf effectively makes being in an alliance USELESS we can have a community on discord so we dont need alliance in game for that
