[NOTED] Bug Trip around the world

Hi I have done all necessary quest for the trip around the world quest I have to talk to key master now to start the quest. He gives me the options ‘i’m leaving’ and ‘i wont start this quest right now’ which both dont make me start the quest. Anyone know what is wrong? Or if its bugged?

Note: there is a green questionmark above his head so something should happen.

Same here. I figured out that the monologue of the NPC is shorter then in the previous versions. It doesnt start with field dungeon anymore? The NPC should provide a key at this step?

I believe this is a character level issue. You need to be a certain minimum level or else it wont let you begin the quest. I will admit it's not very clear what level you need to be.

I doubt it's about lvl. I've done this quest on my other characters with no problems before. This time key master won't let me take the quest saying I'm too new?? Well. I hope it won't take many days cuz it's best way to lvl. And I don't feel like grinding
