[NOTED] Yellow rock candy

I am unable to buy yellow rock candy from NPC.

"You do not possess the required item."

What is the required item?
I have enough vulkanomaikens and i do not have any other candy active.

Hello,
I Had the same issue. Do one quest to receive scarf and then go to buy candy dragon.
