[NOTED] Unable to accept a quest

Bug description: I am unable to accept a quest from Crippled Nhin. It doesn't appear in my quest list and the game acts as if i refused the quest every time. This doesn't happen with other quests, so i don't know if I'm doing something wrong.
Edit: i found out what the problem was. Please don't respond to this thread.
