The marketplace is blocking me!

Are there any rules to the marketplace regarding level or time spent playing before sell items?

Because it keeps sending me a message saying i can't put any more items for sale right now.

I have a second character with different professions in the same account and i never get to put items for sale with him. It's horrible for me because i have to pay the bank tax to take resources, craft and pay the bank tax again to put the crafted items in the bank so I can take them with my main character to sell them!
