Cra's Knowledge problem

Hello,
I started quest Cra's Knowledge in order to get Cawwot Dofus.
Unfortunately I am not able to find NPC Ticra, I am on step "Agree to keep Ticra".
Compass shows me she's close to Cras Statue 2,-20 but she's not.
Also I tried to find any information in wiki and forum but nothing's there.

Can somebody tell me if this is possible to finish this quest, please?

Do you solve the problem? I have the same problem... I can see NPC Ticra with other char but not with my ocra...

Had it today. I just came back to last NPC and finished the dialog box(you have to click last NPC, he has no question mark on him) . Punishment for not reading the things you're clicking
