Character stuck - not moving

My lvl 51 Osamodas is stuck in (-15,23).
It doesn’t move when tapping anywhere on the screen.
I tried logging out and back in, restarting the game, waiting for a while.

Has anyone experienced this? I don’t want to lose my character for this bug.

Have you tried using a recall potion or some other teleportation potion?
