Guild for beginners?

Are there any guilds that are tailored for newbies and those that want to mentor them? I was in Fable briefly and found it too big to really get to know all the members.

Hi! I asked to join Fable and was told were full but had a sister guild fairy tail, so I joined that instead. I would love some mentorship and company!
