Hello, iam talking for all the players in Chile, we cannot buy the starter pack in Goultins and now we cannt buy in Kamas, please think in our community, we have allways to wait several months for having Booster packs, and is too much dificult get lvl without one. PLEASE, try to fix before the EVENT, if not we will loose again :C

Why are you ppl deleting the comments? For this you are very fast and efficient but for bugs you take forever!

You are sending forum warning and removing ppls comments because they are calling you out on your shortcomings. Can you please justify why you have resulted to such measures rather than fixing the problems in game?

Being aware of a problem doesn't fix it...
It's broken for almost 1 month now and it's not the first time.. How it's even possible something like that continues to happen, and not just a few hours but during ONE month... And of course, this doesn't happen on the french servers, why? Same game, same version but some with broken shops and the others always fine.
Stop pretending to be good guys who don't understand why all these problems happened and who don't know how to fix it.
Please stop making us look like a fool, we aren't..

After we all waited for weeks to have Christmas Island, we can't enjoy it because of all the issues you are putting into the game. But hopefully, we had wallpaper... :')

Now they are just deleting comments and sending warnings to players who are calling out there shortcomings. At this they are very fast and efficient.

No nos importa la exp extra si no podemos comprar con kamas los bonus . . . Hasta cuando nos hacen esperar, cada vez menos personas jugando este juego y las pocas que aun quedan les hacen esta tonteria de quitar la tienda en kamas por casi o creo que ya los 2 meses. . .
