Set "Public Mode" on profession tab to active by default

Right now, a professional has to manually choose to go public every time they log in. Consequently, the crafter index inside the game is nearly always completely empty if only because everybody forgets to activate public mode.

I suggest that all professionals by default are set to public, and if they don't want to be contacted from the index must choose to deactivate public mode.

Devs, can you please implement this? There is no reason this should be deactivated everytime we log out and should be a super easy change.

Please change this. I want to help others with my professions, for free to gain xp. But I often forget to activate public mode.
