Unblock Philippines so we can purchase in Shop

we are a small community of asian players in a small asian country. We would like to ask Ankama to unblock Philippines so we can Utilize Shop again. Last time i used to buy Goultines and packs in shop was in year 2018. Now it's already 2021 and still cant buy something in the shop.
We're hoping that Ankama hears us.
