Latency after Update 1.56

Hello everyone,

Since last Tuesday (Update 1.56 patch), we've received reports of players experiencing high latency. We will need as much information as possible in order to identify the source and fix the problem.

If you have experienced this issue, kindly share with us the following:
  • Device model:
  • Operating system version:
  • Internet Provider:
  • Have you updated the application in your Apple or Google store (a new version has been available since Tuesday)?:
  • When do the latencies occur, are they permanent?:

Update:
Muting sounds and music in the game options (not from your device) seem to solve the problem. We will release a fix as soon as possible.

there's a delay problem in chat, not always but happens a lot, also when you start a fight there's a kind of freezing moment, when you use zaaps and the common lag you always have. I have a matepad pro, Android 10, tigo in Colombia is my server provider

Have you tried muting sounds and music in the game options (not from your device)? It seems to temporarily solve the latency issue. We will release a fix for it as soon as possible.
