How to take a screenshot?

In order to take a screenshot on your device, simultaneously press the "HOME" button and the "POWER" / "LOCK" button. After doing this action, your current display will be captured and will be saved in your photo or image gallery.

It is important to note that the method of taking screenshots differ from one device to another. It is always best to consult the manual provided with your device.

what information should my screenshot have to be valid?

In order for a screenshot to be accepted and be processed by a moderator, it must have the following information:
  • The behavior/s violating the Terms of Use
  • Used the the command /whois character name in chat on the character/s being reported. This command displays the person's Account Nickname, Character name, Zone, Guild, and Alliance. You can also click on the character then on "Information".
    • For example, /whois Flatops
  • Used the command /time in chat

Enlarge the chat window as needed to have the /whois and /time information as clear and visible as possible. The screenshot must not be edited. Do not upload your screenshot in an image hosting website that resizes the image and makes the information unreadable.
