How to take a screenshot?
In order to take a screenshot on your device, simultaneously press the "HOME" button and the "POWER" / "LOCK" button. After doing this action, your current display will be captured and will be saved in your photo or image gallery.

what information should my screenshot have to be valid?
In order for a screenshot to be accepted and be processed by a moderator, it must have the following information:
Enlarge the chat window as needed to have the /whois and /time information as clear and visible as possible. The screenshot must not be edited. Do not upload your screenshot in an image hosting website that resizes the image and makes the information unreadable.
