Lag in Damadrya's Bamboo Grove Dungeon

We've posted this topic about the problem of lag and/or dropped connections in the "Damadrya's Bamboo Grove" dungeon in order to centralize your feedback as much as possible and investigate the issue as effectively as we can.

• Which problem did you encounter? Disconnection or lag?
• What spells did you use?
• In this situation, does this problem occur 100% of the time?
• What device do you play on?
• Did you have this problem in the dungeon or outside the dungeon?
• Exact nickname of the affected character in-game
• Server
• Any other useful information that you think would be relevant to share with us
