Pandala's awakening

I followed main quests up to pandala and the questline just stopped, by looking at achievements the next questline would be pandala's awakening but i habe no idea how to start it. Ive checked all buildikgs and rooms in pandala but cannot find it!
anyone know what im missing please?

I have the same problem pls help anyone
and talking to grandapan doesnt activate te quest as it should .
