OSAMODAS 122 LVL need help

Hi guys i need help im back after like 8 months of break and i see osa is pretty different i have scrolled intelligence to 100 but as i saw from some posts it seems that chance is a better build rn and i hope that someone can like direct me with some specific details of what set to get cause i have minotoror set rn and i was an int osa and what spells to lvl up annd which one is better int or cha?
