Does the chance you get from bold punishment add to your prospecting at end of fights for drops

Deffinetly no, the bonuses expire just before the combat finishes, like for example the challenges -if you have to use all your AP and you just cast a spell when you have killed the last monster but you haven't complete the challenge is gone-. They changed this so long ago, when a wisdom punishment existed...
