De-buff

I noticed spells like ghostly shovel and other spells that reduce duration of effects work on scariers punishments. Is that suppose to happen ?

Yes, that's supposed to happen, because that's what de-buff does: it removes buffs.

Every class has at least one other class against which it's particularly weak. Enus, for example, or spectacularly weak against Cras, but owing to their ability to de-buff have an advantage against Sacriers (so long as they can avoid getting locked.)
