Foggernaut Viablity

Noticed there's not a single foggernaut on the Kolo ladder, is that because they aren't viable for pvp or just lack of play base?

Also what class would you recommend best for Kolos?

Foggers are terrific. If there're none on the ladder, then I couldn't say why. It might be that they're a difficult class to play? Dunno...
