Xelor Build Guidance Please

Hi everyone I am a new adventurer. I am looking for the best Xelor build for PvM and PvP. I would like to participate in both aspects of the game. Suggestions and links to up to date resources are greatly appreciated. I also need guidance on which gears are appropriate for the build during the entire leveling process.
