How I can improve my profession?

Hello!

I'm lvl 100 whit farmer, and I want know how I can improve this profession, and if I can have more than 3 profession.

As far as I'm aware once you hit level 100 that's it for the profession, I don't think you can have a specialisation with the Gathering professions.

Also each character can only have 3 professions (and 3 specialisations) so you will need to create other characters.
