Farmer/Baker for Kammas

Hi, im a Level 100 Baker and Level 60 Farmer. I always bake for wholewheat bread but now im a level 60 Farmer I can reap Malts. Is Wholewheat bread still a valuable choice to earn kammas? Or should I bake field bread for better income? I dont know where to find Malts tho.
