What level in tailor can I make x number of slots? like levl 1, 2 slots and so on.

and what mobs drop the most resource that tailors need? besides piwi

Here it is!
1/2 slots -> lv 1
3 slots -> lv 10
4 slots -> lv 20
5 slots -> lv 40
6 slots -> lv 60
7 slots -> lv 80
8 slots -> lv 100

I suggest you to reach lv 60 with piwi resources, to avoid wasting mats you could use after lv 60.
I've been exping my tailor with Kitsou Cap, which also allows you to shatter them for Ra Vit runes, and make kamas out of your exping process.
It's a hard profession to level up, but it can be really profitable, so totally worth the time you're gonna spend for that!
