It's been 22 days since the bug occurred ans atill haven't received any solution from Ankama supoort, only that they are studying it.
I think 22 days is too long to solve this specific bug.
Waiting that long solution ruins the gaming experience.
I hope it's resolved soon.

Thanks for the answer, but I'm still waiting for a solution.
I think the problem still occurs. I have tried to buy something at a very low price with goultines and I got and error.
I dont dare to buy anything else and continue to lose goultines and money.
