Can't use Goultines for buy item in exchange shop

Hi guy anyone have same problem like me? There have no price in Goultines column and Goultines button is in lock state.

Hi i bought a 7 days pack with kamas and then the game doesn´t allow my pack... it only gives me 800 goultines but i can´t buy the pack...please someone help me.. Brutas Server

Same about the kama trade... Mega update and more stuff, but nothing about the minimum issues in game. You haven't options to buy goultines in my country and even does not give the possibility to get bonus with kamas!
