Hi, I'm from Colombia and i can't even purchase gultines from the shop, so the issue goes beyond being able to purchase items with kamas and items in game with gultines. Is this an issue that has been reported? can we purchase with another method?

At the moment, Goultine Packs are not available for Colombian players, however you can still purchase the Progress Packs. You can find more info about it here.

hola buen día, hoy en la mañana me levante para revisar si ya se podia comprar con Gultinas, y en efecto si se podia, despues me desconecte y me volvi a conectar 2 horas despues y volvio el mismo problema, ya no me aparecia la opcion en el mercado para comprar con Gultinas, solo con kamas, y hay personas que tenemos mas facilidad de comprar con Gultinas que con kamas.

espero que se pueda arreglar lo mas pronto posible.

Por el momento, los Packs Goultine no están disponibles para jugadores colombianos, sin embargo, aún puedes comprar los Packs Progress. Puedes encontrar más información al respecto aquí .
