Can't buy growth packs Colombia

Hi, last week I asked in this forum why we (Colombian players) can't buy goultines packs. Then a moderator proceeded to explain that we are only able to purchase the growth packs. However when the issue with the goultines and the kamas purchase in the shop began, we could not purchase the packs anymore. We checked in both iOS and android devices so it is not an issue with the payment method. The message is "error al realizar la compra". So we would like to know if this is not a bug or if it is if you are aware of it.

Thank you for the feedback, currently, Colombian players are blocked from purchasing any Goultine purchases, including Progress Packs.

Why? What happen with this? Dofus are losing money, interest and players with this decision
