No servers available at your community

Wondering if anyone has this problem. I’ve just downloaded DOFUS Touch again after a long time and can’t log in to my old character or create a new one. Can’t find any servers on the list and it says “Sorry, no servers are available at your community.”
At first I thought it was because I’m in Australia and no game has servers for us. But then I realised I’ve played before so, it shouldn’t be an issue.
