Our Support team does not handle complaints related to in-game scams. Nevertheless, scammers who are caught red-handed by a moderator or administrator will be sanctioned.
Clearly, we understand that it is never a pleasant feeling to realize you were scammed, and losing an item is always quite frustrating. To minimize the risk of scams as much as possible, we strongly recommend taking certain safety precautions.
Secure Craft Interface
If you want to have an item made, you do not need to give your resources to a crafter! Ask the crafter to use the secure craft interface, and all you will need to do is enter your resources yourself and click the combine button. This way, there is no risk of theft for the customer.
Be careful during trades.
First of all, use the exchange interface, and do not place your items on the ground!
Then, when you trade items with other players, pay close attention!
Always make sure that the player with whom you are exchanging items gives you the right item with the right characteristics.
Do not entrust just anyone with your items.
If you lend your items, Support cannot help you if they are stolen from you. Be careful not to entrust them to just anyone; if you do, you only have yourself to blame in the event of problems.
Moderators do not give out items.
DOFUS Touch moderators will never give you items, nor will they ever ask you for your login details. If a player claims to be moderator and offers something in exchange for kamas, items, or your password, then he or she is a scammer!
