In order to more effectively fight bots and emulator abuse, and to keep the servers friendly, we are looking to recruit new volunteer moderators. If you're a regular DOFUS Touch player and familiar with its features, and if you're interested in moderating, join the team!

Your dream of becoming a big cat in DOFUS Touch can now finally come true! Obviously, you won't be roaring like a lion at the other players, let alone devouring them. Instead, you'll ensure that they can talk about the game in a pleasant environment.
Moderators are volunteers who have earned Ankama's trust and have access to specific tools to make sure the game stays friendly. Their main mission is to make sure that everyone respects the rules of DOFUS Touch.
Interested? Great, then keep reading!

Moderators are volunteers who perform their work from home (or from anywhere else - after all, this is DOFUS Touch!) and are not paid.
To avoid conflicts of interest and for their own protection, Moderators must remain anonymous at all times, and are not authorized to moderate on their own game server. Similarly, they must never for any reason divulge information or tools obtained from Ankama.
Moderators have no special contact with the production team. Their only points of contact are members of the community management team. But since that team is super-friendly, hard-working and nice, that's pretty great in itself, right?

₪ Good command of English
One thing's for sure: we don't want our Moderators talking like a bunch of Bworks! You must be able to express yourself in clear, understandable English.
₪ Age 18 and up
Being a Moderator involves lots of discipline, maturity and communication skills, which is why we impose this age restriction. If you haven't turned 18 yet and you really want to be a Moderator, you'll have to be patient and try again later!
₪ Solid knowledge and understanding of DOFUS Touch and its rules
Moderators are regularly faced with various questions relating to the game, so you have to be able to answer them accurately to guide players as effectively as possible. And after all, to ensure that the rules are being respected, you obviously need to know the rules yourself!

Application Form

So you've carefully read the two points above, and you think you meet all the criteria to become a good Moderator? Do you still feel just as excited (or more than ever) about joining our team of volunteers?
Then carefully fill out the form below:

What is your request?

  • By default, the request is "Recruitment".

  • Select the position you are interested in (in-game or forum moderator) and fill up the corresponding form. We highly advise to read the details under each field.

  •  Copy the questions listed and provide your answers as clearly as possible:
    • In your own words, what is a moderator? What is its role?
    • What do you think of the current state of moderation in-game? On the forums?
    • What qualities are needed in becoming a moderator?
    • Why do you want to become a moderator? What will you do if you were a moderator?

Your application will be reviewed as soon as possible, and if your profile grabs our attention, you'll receive a message about going on to the next stage. The response time may vary, depending on the number of applications we receive.
If you don't get a response after applying, feel free to try again in our next recruitment campaign!
See you soon in DOFUS Touch!
